1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days to return the item from the date you receive it.

The product must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as upon receipt.

Fill out our return form and send the product back to our return address.

2. Complaints and defective goods

If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with pictures and description.

We cover the return costs for defective products.

3. Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 7-10 business days.
